Senior Identity Access Management Consultant
Job Description: Our highly-collaborative, dynamic, and agile team is responsible for providing consulting services in the form of security assessments, architecture services, and strategy development activities to clients across multiple industries including; chemical, legal, technology, communications, financial services, manufacturing, transportation, health & life sciences, oil & gas, and utilities. In this position, you will lead and execute Identity and Access management projects that typically span the entirety of the client’s technology footprint. The ideal teammate will be knowledgeable regarding cyber security standards and technologies, experienced with designing and implementing cyber security controls and solutions, diligent and thorough in generating written work products, and adept at interacting with clients at all levels of the organization.
Work you’ll do
As Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will:
  • Show mastery of IAM business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
  • Analyze complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Design and deploy Role-based Access Control programs and projects
  • Communicate with varied stakeholders about technical and functional information at as appropriate for the situation.
  • Work within project scope, schedule, while creating high quality technical and documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Integrate with the software development lifecycle to design roles based on business activities, facilitate testing with the business, and deploy the roles with a project team.
  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the RBAC design, modify existing roles as part of deployment improvement
  • Workflow design and development
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Identity and Access Management, Security, and in segregation of duties.
  • Expert working knowledge of role-based access control, access-based access control, workflow design, and IT general controls.
  • BS/BA in a related technical discipline or signficant experience in related field.
  • Significant engineering, development, and/or architecture experience with Identity Management solutions.3 or more years of hands-on experience in mainstream IDM products such as IBM SAM, CA SSO, Oracle AM, ForgeRock AM, PINGIdentity, Okta etc.
  • Working familiarity with RSA Identity lifecycle products and solution
  • Should have experience in installation and configurations of at least one of the above-mentioned products.
  • Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk / Context-based authentication, On-time provisioning / de-provisioning with any one of the IDM tools
  • Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, Ws-Fed, Ws-Trust, IWA based authentication etc.
  • Must have working experience in integration of multiple applications with any one of above-mentioned Access management tools.
  • Must have working experience in workflow design and development, role-based access management, creating password policies,
  • Hands-On experience with customization of such as UI customization, writing scripts and developing code to fetch assertion values form multiple data sources.
  • Experience in integrating directories / database as Identity store with Access management.
  • In-depth understanding of databases/queries/stored procedures
  • Thorough in creating technical documentation of Design, Use and Test cases
  • Expertise in J2EE, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services.
  • Should be able to work independently
  • Travel requirements - 25% - 50% throughout the US
  • Good collaboration & communication skills, the ability to participate in an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong written communications and documentation experience
