IGA Sr. Consultant

Position Description:
The IGA Senior Consultant (Identity Governance and Administration) is responsible for manage and delivering all facets of IGA/IAM professional services delivery throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the needs and requirements of IGA tool.
  • Research and evaluate available IGA technologies to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare use cases to justify the need for specific IGA solutions.
  • Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users
  • Consult with customers to evaluate functional requirements.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of priority business and functional requirements.
  • Work with the business and technical teams to clarify functional requirements
  • Create detailed work-stream proposals which include, functional and data business requirements, process flows, use cases, information needs, test scenarios, and obtain associated functional design specification approvals
  • Develop and document requirements, capabilities, and constraints for design procedures and processes.
  • Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of configurations in IGA system
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Translate proposed capabilities into technical requirements.
  • Conduct risk analysis, feasibility study, and/or trade-off analysis to develop, document, and refine functional requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with systems architects, as needed, to provide oversight in the development of design solutions.
  • Build, install, configure, and test IGA tool as per design finalized. Responsible to install, integrate and deploy SailPoint, ClearSkye, Okta, ForgeRock, Savyint, Thycotic, CyberArk and Beyond Trust products in client environments
  • Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation / aggregation of IT resources.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and providing corrective actions.
  • Working with and often managing a multi-shore delivery team to provide cost-effective consulting services.
  • Build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or theoretical models.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for IGA system users in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee installation, implementation, configuration, and support of IGA system components.
  • Develop and direct system testing and validation procedures and documentation.
  • Develop IGA software testing and validation procedures.
  • Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in development of training curriculum and course content.
  • Provide support to test and evaluation activities.
  • Record and manage test data.
  • Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects
  • Ensure delivery of project and enhancement requirements meet the requirements defined by the business customer
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW
  • Participate in business proposals, contracts, and RFP process
  • Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects
  • Work closely with dispersed resources throughout multiple cities and countries
  • Market and promote professional service offerings
  • Generate new and manage existing account relationships
  • Assist in recruiting of security, risk, and compliance professionals
  • Participate in the company practice development through thought leadership, attending industry conferences, tradeshows, and case studies
  • Understands role-based metrics and apply to meet expectations
  • Available during a standard workday 8-5 per client time zone unless otherwise specified

Qualifications
  • 6 to 8+ years of overall experience in delivery and pre-sales support of IT, Cybersecurity and/or Identity and Access Management solutions
  • 3 - 5 years of IGA experience; Strong working experience in IGA technologies (SailPoint, Oracle, CA Identity Suite, ForgeRock, ClearSkye, or Okta etc.)
  • Proficiency in HTTPS, XML and/or Java 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • A solid understanding of IGA concepts and systems
  • Experience in installing and configuring IGA solutions
  • Ability to rollout IGA solutions as per requirements
  • Familiar with IGA areas like:
    • IGA (User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, RBAC)
    • Access Request and Certification / User Access Reviews
    • Single Sign-On, MFA
    • Consumer Identity and Access Management
    • Privilege Access Management
  • Ability to work with a variety of identity, access and PAM solutions 
  • Strong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio application).
  • IGA certifications preferred
  • Self-driven and Strong written and verbal skills, good execution skills
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage teams
  • Strong Requirements gathering and experience in conducting workshops in organisations of varying sizes
  • Good understanding of LDAP, Directory server, SQL and Database concepts
  • Experience with standards such as SCIM, REST, SAML etc, RESTful API Architecture and Implementation
  • Ability to build positive relationships with key technical stakeholders to help deliver with quality and pace to clients
  • Medium to Large scale IGA project implementation experience/Release Planning
  • Experience in global delivery model
  • Preferable to have industry relationships with leading product vendors
  • Ability to work with global organizations and related complexities
  • Willing to travel up to 50% (flexible)
